I have always had an interest in vintage children illustrations and they can be very inspirational for me and my drawings. A while ago I was rummaging through my Nonno’s shed and came across a rather old children’s book. The illustrations inside were sweet.. Im not sure who the illustrator is, but they have done a beautiful job. Take a look..
They used to be in my Nonno’s old shed tucked away in a wooden drawer.. lost, until I came along, found them and became inspired.

Happy Wednesday everyone!
Although I love all animals, I think my favourite would have to be Giraffes! Having said that, you probably now realize why I found this brooch so lovely! This one was found on weheartit and therefore unfortunately not for sale…. It has this vintage charm to it which I love and it would sit nicely on a cardigan or scarf!
I am always intrigued by brooches, some of them are really interesting and those are the ones I find most beautiful. Does anyone have any interesting brooches or a favourite animal? It would be great to hear from you!
