When I stop painting for a very long time and then start again I realize how much I have missed it. Recently I bought a set of 3 canvas boards. I want to practice painting facial features.. so I painted a baby boys face on one of them. I want to paint on each of the 3 canvas children of different races. This is my first painting.. : )

I am unsure as to whether or not I have finished it.. But until then it will stay like this. I am going to start my second painting soon, when I get some more white paint. : )

Howdy!
Im back in Melbourne after my 4 day visit to Sydney! I had such a wonderful time there. I love going to new places because theres inspiration around every corner! For instance, whilst in the botanic gardens there was a girl in a wedding looking dress blowing in the breeze. It was such a beautiful sight! I had to try and preserve this memory until I got to some paper! Before I had even unpacked I had already started drawing her. So where ever this girl may be… thank you for your inspiration. : )

I honestly can’t believe it is already the 8th of January 2010! 2009 just flew by!!! A friend of my just informed me that 1990 is now 20 years ago! That just doesn’t seem right!!!  Well, 2010 is a year for adventure. Next Wednesday will be my very first time on a plane! I am heading of to Sydney with my big sis! Here are some cute plane photos that I like and basically what I do most on the holidays.. read.
