When I first started digitally drawing, I drew a lot of children, but as I got better I started drawing adults. I do think children are much harder to draw, but when I saw this little boy peeking from behind the seat at the people walking on and of the train, I knew straight away that I had to draw him some way or another.

Here is my latest drawing . Im not quite sure what she is surprised over, but I thought it worked, so I left that facial expression on her. : ) I found the fabric in my grandmothers drawer, so I used that for the background and her dress, well.. I wonder if it even exists! Let me know what you think !

I had to have a project these holiday, so I grabbed a blank canvas and started painting an eye. I wanted to make this painting as realistic as possible.. I’m not to sure whether I succeeded or not.. but I tried. I think the hardest part of this painting was blending the colours in the iris.. that was a little tricky and creating the right colour for the skin was also a bit of a challenge. If you want to brush up on your painting skills I recommend painting an eye.. It is challenging but it requires you to use lots of different skills and you learn new things along the way : ) 
So what should I paint next? Im thinking an ear or maybe lips. What do you think?

How well do stripes work with roses? I mean they simply look beautiful together! I made this rose brooch out of felt. I drew a template of a petal and then cut each petal out and stuck them together using a glue gun. It worked out quite nicely perhaps I should do a tutorial ? I did look for one whilst making mine, but I couldn’t find one anywhere!! Maybe its time to put one out there. Hmm but before that I suppose I would need more red felt. For now you can see the finished product! Hope you like it !

I don’t even remember when I first started this drawing! Sometimes I will start something, and then leave it for a really long time, and come back to it whenever I feel like it. This was left unfinished for a very long time and I decided to complete it tonight. It reminds me of a bowl of vegetables or fruit.. I’m not sure why, maybe its the colour. Her earrings remind me of an orange and her jacket is reminiscent of beans.. So what do you think about this young women?
