Sushi by the ocean!

Feb 15 2010 | 11 Comments | Uncategorized

My friend was telling about this magazine called Beads and Buttons and I became intrigued, and when she said she had a copy of the December  issue with her I was excited!  The magazine is packed with loads of jewelry inspiration but above everything in that magazine this stood out!  beadwork
This amazingly creative piece of bead embroidery was completed by Linda Rettich.

I heard the quote ‘beauty is in the eye of the beholder’ the other day and I thought of this. Anyone else would have seen quite simply a platter of sushi, but those who find beauty in the everyday will be inspired.
Shell bead dresses
A couple of pages down and there I found this also created by Linda. The top part of the cute little dress are beads, the bottom however are shells. How unique. I love it : ) Shell dresses
I feel like eating sushi by the ocean now..

Stay creative,
Claudia
